Frequently Asked Questions

How do I activate my license?

After installing Bizora ERP, open the app. On the Activation screen, enter the license key you received by email after purchase. Click Activate. An internet connection is required for the first activation. After that, the app works offline for up to 30 days without re-checking.

Can I use my license on multiple computers?

Yes — within your edition limits. Starter: 1 computer. Professional: up to 5 computers. Enterprise: up to 25 computers. Each computer counts as one "seat". You can deactivate a device from Settings → License → Deactivate This Device and then activate on a new machine.

What happens when my license expires?

You'll receive reminder emails 30 days and 7 days before expiry. After expiry, the app enters a 14-day grace period (read-only mode — you can view reports but not create new records). After the grace period, activation is required to continue. Your data is never deleted.

Is my data stored in the cloud?

No. Bizora ERP is a 100% offline desktop application. All your business data (invoices, accounts, employees, etc.) lives in a local database on your computer. We never see or transmit your business data. For backup, use Settings → Backup & Restore to save an encrypted copy to any location you choose.

The app won't connect to the license server — what do I do?

If you see "Cannot connect to license server": (1) Check your internet connection. (2) Check that your firewall or antivirus isn't blocking bizora.app or api.bizoraerp.com. (3) The app has a 30-day offline grace period — if you were previously activated, you can keep working offline. Email support@bizoraerp.com if the issue persists.

How do I transfer Bizora ERP to a new computer?

1. On your old computer: go to Settings → License → Deactivate This Device. This frees your seat. 2. Install Bizora ERP on the new computer. 3. Activate with your license key. 4. Restore your backup from Settings → Backup & Restore → Restore.

Can I upgrade from Starter to Professional or Enterprise?

Yes. Email sales@bizoraerp.com with your current license key. We'll calculate a prorated upgrade price for the remainder of your license year. Your data and company setup are fully preserved — upgrading just unlocks more users, companies, and features.

Does Bizora ERP support Pakistani tax (WHT / GST / SRB)?

Yes. The Finance module includes Withholding Tax (WHT), Federal GST (17%), and Sindh SRB (13%). The Pakistan Chart of Accounts is automatically populated when you create a company. WHT certificates (Form 165) are tracked per client payment. A WHT Summary report is available for FBR filing.

Can Bizora be customized for my industry?

Enterprise customers can request custom module development — for example: construction project costing, manufacturing BOMs, school fee management, or any workflow specific to your business. Contact sales@bizoraerp.com with your requirements for a custom Enterprise proposal.

What formats can I export reports to?

All reports can be exported to PDF (print-ready) and Excel/CSV. Invoices and quotations have branded PDF templates. Reports include: P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Trial Balance, AR/AP Aging, Payroll Summary, Stock Valuation, and 40+ others.

I found a bug — how do I report it?

Email support@bizoraerp.com with: (1) What you were doing when the bug occurred, (2) What happened vs what you expected, (3) Your OS and Bizora version (shown in Settings → About). Screenshots or screen recordings are very helpful. Critical bugs affecting financial data are prioritised same-day.
