Everything you need to set up, activate, and master Bizora ERP — from first launch to advanced reporting.

Get Bizora ERP running on your computer in under 5 minutes.

Download & Install

Go to bizoraerp.com and download the installer for your OS. On macOS: open the .dmg, drag Bizora ERP to Applications, then double-click to launch. On Windows: run the .exe installer and follow the wizard.

macOS note: If you see "unidentified developer", right-click the app and choose Open, then click Open again. This is a one-time step.

Start Your 14-Day Trial (or Activate)

On first launch, you can use all features free for 14 days — no license key required. If you already purchased a key, click Activate License and enter it now.

Log In

The default admin credentials on a fresh install are admin / Admin@1234. Change your password immediately via Settings → Security.

Create Your Company Profile

Go to Settings → Company. Enter your company name, address, NTN/STRN, and upload a logo. This information appears on all invoices and reports.

You're Ready!

Start adding clients, products, and transactions. The sidebar gives you access to all modules. Use Help → Keyboard Shortcuts for productivity tips.

How to activate your purchased license key on this device.

Receive Your License Key

After purchasing, you'll receive an email from support@bizoraerp.com with a license key in the format XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX. Check your spam folder if you don't see it within 5 minutes.

Open the Activation Screen

On first launch, the activation screen appears automatically. If you're already inside the app, go to Settings → License → Activate License.

Enter Your Key

Paste or type your license key and click Activate. Bizora ERP will connect to the license server (api.bizoraerp.com) to verify and register this device. This requires an internet connection for the first activation only.

Done — Works Offline

Once activated, Bizora ERP runs fully offline. The license is verified locally on every launch. The app only connects to the server for periodic re-checks (once per week).

Moving to a new computer? Go to Settings → License → Deactivate This Device on the old machine first. Then activate on the new one. If the old device is unavailable, contact support@bizoraerp.com.

⏱️ 14-Day Free Trial

All editions include a full-featured trial — no credit card required.


When you install Bizora ERP for the first time, a 14-day trial starts automatically. The trial gives you access to all features of your downloaded edition with no restrictions. A countdown banner at the top of the app shows remaining days.

After 14 days, the app will display the license activation screen. Your data is never deleted — once you activate with a purchased key, everything is exactly where you left it.

Note: The trial period is stored locally and cannot be reset by reinstalling. Each installation gets exactly one 14-day trial.

💾 Backup & Restore

Your data stays on your computer. Protect it with regular backups.

Manual Backup

Go to Settings → Backup → Create Backup Now. A .bizora-backup file will be saved to your chosen folder. Save copies to Google Drive or an external hard drive.

Automatic Backup

Enable Daily Auto-Backup and choose a destination folder. Bizora ERP creates a new backup file each time you close the app (if data changed).

Restore

Go to Settings → Backup → Restore from Backup. Select your .bizora-backup file. All data will be restored exactly as it was at backup time. This replaces all current data — make a fresh backup before restoring.

📧 Email Client

Send invoices, quotations, and reports directly from Bizora ERP.


Configure your outgoing email in Settings → Email. Bizora ERP supports Gmail (App Password), Outlook/Office 365, and any custom SMTP server.

Gmail App Password: Go to myaccount.google.com → Security → 2-Step Verification → App passwords. Generate a password for "Mail" and use it in Bizora ERP.

Quick answers to common questions.


Where is my data stored?
All your business data is stored locally on your computer in an encrypted SQLite database. It never leaves your device except for license verification requests (which contain no business data). There is no mandatory cloud sync — your data is private and fully under your control.
Does Bizora ERP work without internet?
Yes. Once activated, Bizora ERP runs 100% offline. An internet connection is only needed for the initial license activation and for sending emails via the built-in email client.
Can I install Bizora ERP on multiple computers?
Each license allows a fixed number of device activations: Starter = 1 computer, Professional = 5 computers, Enterprise = 25 computers. To move to a new computer, deactivate the old one first from Settings → License → Deactivate This Device.
What happens when my annual license expires?
Your data remains intact. The app enters a read-only grace period for 30 days so you can export your data or renew. To renew, visit bizoraerp.com/pricing. Lifetime licenses never expire.
Can I upgrade from Starter to Professional?
Yes. Purchase a Professional license and activate it using your new license key. Your existing data is preserved. Download the Professional edition installer from bizoraerp.com — it's a separate application.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
Yes — 14-day money-back guarantee on all editions, no questions asked. Email support@bizoraerp.com within 14 days of purchase.
Does Bizora ERP support the Pakistani Chart of Accounts?
Yes. A standard Pakistani COA is pre-loaded when you create a new company, following ICAP (Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan) recommendations. You can fully customise account names, codes, and categories to match your business.
Can I import data from Excel or QuickBooks?
Yes. Use Settings → Data Import to import clients, vendors, and products from Excel/CSV templates (download the template from inside the app). For QuickBooks migration, contact enterprise@bizoraerp.com — we offer a data migration service.
How do I get help if something isn't working?
Email support@bizoraerp.com with your license key, edition, OS, and a description of the issue. Enterprise customers can also reach us on WhatsApp. We aim to respond within 1 business day.
